The Green Room is the professional network behind In The Room. 

It exists to ensure that every young performer taking part works with directed with carefully selected, actively working West End professionals. 

Our network includes performers, choreographers, directors, and creatives who are currently working in the industry. These professionals bring current, real-world experience into the rehearsal room and onto the stage.

They have performed in leading West End productions, major UK tours, and international theatre productions. They understand not only performance, but the discipline, expectations, and professional standards required to sustain a career in the industry.

Because professional schedules are constantly evolving, The Green Room allows us to select the right professional for each event. This ensures every collaboration is relevant, carefully considered, and appropriate for the performers involved.

What remains constant is the calibre, professionalism, and integrity of every creative involved.

Professionals are invited into The Green Room based on their professional experience, industry reputation, and ability to work positively within structured environments alongside young performers.

Each professional associated with In The Room is an actively working member of the theatre industry, bringing current professional practice directly into the rehearsal and performance process.

For every In The Room event, our producers carefully select professionals based on the needs of each group. We work closely with the school’s principal or lead teacher to ensure the material, structure, and professional involved enable their pupils to shine.

This ensures that every collaboration is purposeful, relevant, and delivered within a clear professional framework, maintaining the high standard expected of In The Room.
